I love coffee, I love tea, I love the java jive and it loves me

I am guzzling a Starbucks latte. I think that they put crack in these damn things to make you crave them no matter where you are in the world. I'm so banged up from surfing yesterday. I'm bruised on my right hand side and my skin has been whittled down a few layers. There's an off-shore wind today and although it's only 8:00 there's already a ton of people out in the water. I can't wait to go out! Today I think we might be going to Bellows beach for bodysurfing. There's been talk of Hanama Bay but I'm trying to sway the consensus (aka the Boyfriend, who is driving) that there's other more interesting spots to be at. I'm still mosquito bite free. Of course, now that it's in print, I'll get ten bites today.

blue hawaii

Today was possibly the best surfing day in my life. I am currently in Hawaiii and there is a chance that I might not return home because the water here is too enticing. The waves were 2-4 footers and I caught a wave that felt like it lasted hours. I even turned multiple times! On purpose! The water was really shallow this morning, and my right foot is cut up from falling on a rock. I hope it was a rock. I would terribly unhappy if I cut it on coral and coral started growing out of my right foot, yuk.
